30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in resalable condition.
- Not have been used outdoors, in the field, or during a hunting trip.
- Be returned with all original components, accessories, and parts.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Products showing signs of outdoor use, dirt, damage, improper assembly, modification, or excessive handling may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, contact us at:
Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Do not send a product back without first receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping
For approved eligible returns, Buckden Hunting Blinds will cover the standard return shipping cost.
We may provide a prepaid return label or other return instructions depending on your location and the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@buckden.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
