These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Buckden Hunting Blinds.

Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to reject or cancel an order because of:
- Product unavailability.
- Payment failure.
- Suspected fraud.
- Incorrect customer information.
- Obvious pricing or technical errors.
- Delivery restrictions.
If a paid order is canceled by us before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Prices
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed or applied where required.
Delivery
Free standard U.S. shipping is available for eligible orders.
Estimated delivery is generally 4–7 business days, although delays may occur.
Orders may be fulfilled from warehouses located in the United States or China.

Returns
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products used outdoors or in the field are not considered unused.
Three-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty applies when breakage or failure results from a manufacturing or production defect.
It does not cover damage resulting from circumstances including:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Misuse or neglect.
- Accidents.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Improper storage.
- Damage caused by external events or use outside the product's intended purpose.

We may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, and additional information needed to evaluate the claim.
If an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Limitation
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
